Biscuits are good sized, however they're more of a roll than a traditional biscuit, still delicious. You're able to add different topping to them. The sauce that comes with the chicken biscuit was pretty good too. I ordered a vanilla cold brew & really enjoyed it. We also got a honey butter croissant & it was really nice flavor, really soft, wouldn't change anything about it. It's really colorful inside, and staff was friendly.

This place is great! Fun, family style atmosphere. Food was delicious. Came on a Sunday and they had a Sunday menu with fried chicken, fried flounder and other southern favorites accompanied by all the southern style sides you’d expect. Desert options were plentiful. They also do specialty drinks. If I’m ever back in the area, this will be my go to spot for a family of 4.

I have had their catering before but it was the first time at their place. First of all the sandwiches and burgers were huge. We halfed our orders so we will have supper too. Took the chance on the brisket because it isn't easy to get right. Well, FATD has it right dripping with cheese and flavor. We also got the Jimmy. It was huge also just a little disappointed that the beef patties had no special flavor but they were huge beef patties. The homemade potato chips with the ranch dressing is a must. The cake slice selection was incredible. I can't wait to go back and try something new.

This place never disappoints. Amazing food, pastries, cakes, cookies and more. Nothing is bad here. Great specials and delicious food! Totally worth a drive out in the “country”! Can’t miss items: biscuit bombs, any of the cakes, chicken sandwich, tenderloin and gravy biscuit (you can also get that on a biscuit bomb!). Such a wonderful family-run business that gives you exceptional service and food to match! I wish it was closer to me but am also glad it’s not as I would gain too much weight from eating all of it!

Laid back atmosphere, was there about 2 o' clock on Good Friday. The chicken wrap i had was delicious. I picked up a cotton candy cheesecake for daughter. I was going to get chicken salad but was told it had a lot of celery so I did not. Will be stopping in again.

Farmer and the Dail located in Snow Hill North Carolina. Friend of mine told me about this place a couple of years ago. We drive from Wilson to Pine Knoll shores quite a bit and decided to check them out. They’re well known for their biscuit bombs. I personally love the bacon bomb. If you can imagine a biscuit ball with a ton of bacon and some awesome hoop cheese explosion in your mouth. They have some awesome cakes, apple, peach (and other) turnovers and all kinds of other delicious stuff. Again my favorite is the biscuit bomb. I heard the grits are awesome. By the way you can get the biscuit bombs frozen to take home and cook at your convenience. Our last visit was a bit disappointing there was not a lot of people there and we had to wait a bit longer than we should have. Apparently there is a bit of disconnect with the person putting together our order. But overall great food and a cool place to checkout, eat and hang out!

I am still very new to North Carolina and was in search of a bakery in the Snow Hill area. Low and behold on the outskirts of the country ! The Farmer and The Dail came highly recommended for their delicious baked goods and southern breakfast. My family lives in the area and gave the 2 thumbs up. I placed an online order for a birthday cake to celebrate my mom’s 70th. We visited today after noon and jumped in line to place our brunch order and pick up the cake. We decided on the FATD breakfast bowl that comes with hash browns, a biscuit, grits and bacon. I have been wanting to try their famous biscuit bombs. I decided on the bacon bomb. I have never had a biscuit so pillowy soft and delicious! This place is perfection ! My mom’s birthday cake was also equally as delicious. She really enjoyed how light and airy the cake was, how decadent the frosting was. How beautifully decorated ! We will be regulars here when in the area visiting loved ones. Thank you for making a memorable birthday by putting love in your recipes.
